Gentle Yoga Virtually from the Comfort of Your Home

Gentle Yoga - Beneficial for reducing stress, improving flexibility, and strengthening our mind-body connection. The pace is slower, allowing ample time for adjusting poses and deepening into the asana. Great for all yogis, beginners and advanced.

These are virtual live yoga classes that you can join from the comfort of your own home!

How to Join!

  1. Pick a class time below that works for your schedule.
  2. Complete the CLASS WAIVER before your first session.
  3. After completing the waiver, you will be sent the Virtual Meeting Room link.
  4. Add the sessions to your Calendar. You can add just one or subscribe to all our No Charge classes.
  5. Donations are welcome to support our community, but are entirely optional. Thank you for your generosity!
