Here are 2 great things I learned today.
1) The Power of “Not Yet”. So much better than noting failures without hope, just try another day. This fits nicely with the parenting style of praising the effort and the process not the result. Via Ted Talk by Carol Dweck
2) 3 things that can optimize us as Humans.
-Take more deep breaths from our diaphragm
-Drink our food (chew more) and chew our drinks (allow saliva to mix in).
-Be still. Find a way to have at least a short amount of piece where you can completely clear your head.
